What The Extension Does

DevKit Sidebar provides developer utilities inside the Chrome side panel, including JSON, Config, Cron, URL, Time, Compare, JWT, Hash, Regex, SQL, and Shelf tools.

Data Collection And Transmission

DevKit Sidebar does not collect personal information.

DevKit Sidebar does not send your data to any remote server.

DevKit Sidebar does not use analytics, telemetry, advertising, or third-party tracking.

Local Storage

The extension stores data locally for the features you explicitly use.

• Theme and zoom preferences are stored in browser local storage.
• Shelf text items, Shelf draft items, and Shelf image and GIF assets are stored in browser IndexedDB.

This locally stored data remains on your device unless you delete it, clear browser storage, or uninstall the extension.

Clipboard Access

DevKit Sidebar requests clipboard permissions only to support explicit user actions such as copying generated output and pasting content or images into Shelf.

Clipboard contents are used only inside the extension UI and are not transmitted externally.

Permissions

The extension requests only the permissions required for its core features.

• sidePanel: opens the extension in the Chrome side panel.
• clipboardRead: allows explicit paste actions initiated by the user.
• clipboardWrite: allows explicit copy actions initiated by the user.

Your Choices

You can control your data at any time.

• Clear Shelf items from inside the extension.
• Clear browser storage for the extension.
• Uninstall the extension to remove its local data.

Changes To This Policy

If the extension data practices change, this policy should be updated before a new version is published.
